Why do I have to register?

We are specialised in duty free trading. We want to make sure that only customers which we can trust and which are part of the duty free industry can see our products.

How long does it take until my registration is confirmed?
During our business hours, it shouldn't take longer than four hours before you get a confirmation. After the confirmation you can login into your account on A2BC.com.

Is the order definite when I click it?
No, it is not. When you place an order on our site we first have to double check if these goods are still available. Although the stock on our website is updated daily, there's a small chance some of the product was sold in the meanwhile.

I didn't find the products I was searching for, can you help me?
Yes, we definitely can. Please contact us. If the product which you are looking for, is not available on our website, we are willing to help you. We have a broad network of suppliers, most of the time we can still get you the product you need.

I don’t have a business, can I still buy from you?
Unfortunately no. A2BCdutyfree is a business to business (b2b) platform for traders inside the duty free business only.

I am not a trader or just want a few bottles, can I buy from you?
No. We are specialised in duty free trading. We're trading goods in high quantities around the world.

How can I pay?
Payment has to take place prior to shipment. We also accept escrow agreements to increase safety and trust between both parties. Please read our payment policy here. 

Can I pay via an escrow agreement?
Yes, we accept escrow agreements.

Will I get a commercial invoice?
Yes, you will get a commercial invoice after ordering.

Where are you located?

Our office is located in the Netherlands, as is our stock. Therefore CET / UTC+01:00 counts for contacting us.

What are your business hours / when are you available?
Our business hours are as following: Monday – Friday from 8:30am till 5:00pm CET / UTC+01:00. During these hours, we can answer all your questions via chat, email or telephone.
